Voluntary in the field of international collaboration

Since 1991 we have been active in the field of education and training within the framework of the Erasmus Program (formerly Leonardo Da Vinci Program). Our work focuses on Erasmus internships for trainees, graduates (max. 12 months after the end of the training) and students, as well as job shadowing for educational professionals in Berlin and abroad.

From June 2023, we are looking for a voluntary in the field of international collaboration that will support our team.

Your tasks:

Organisation and management of cultural activities (tours around Berlin, museum visits, etc.)
Support in project management and cultural mediation (organising meetings, explaining how the city of Berlin works, etc.)
Support in marketing (pictures, social media)

If you are…

a reliable and organised person who can manage more than one task at the same time
a team player
able to speak German fluently or have B2 level proficiency
able to speak English fluently
able to speak another language (not a must but an advantage)
familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook
confident behaviour towards young people
